Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active

Inactive Accounts: 3 years after last login or activity

Completed Certifications: 7 years to comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements

Financial Records: 7 years for tax and accounting compliance

Deleted Accounts: 30 days in backup systems, then permanently deleted
