My Safe Spaces provides the following services:

• SWISS Certification: Student Wellness & Institutional Safety Standards for K-12 schools and higher education institutions
• CREW Certification: Corporate Resilience & Employee Wellness programs for workplaces
• ELEVATE: Professional development and training for mental health professionals
• IntelliCare: AI-powered mental wellness support and companion services
• Thrive Academy: Training and certification programs
• Counseling Services: Professional mental health counseling through certified practitioners

3. User Accounts

Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

IntelliCare is an AI-powered wellness companion tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. IntelliCare does not provide therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health services.

• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by IntelliCare
• If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in India) immediately
• IntelliCare includes crisis detection features that may recommend escalation to human professionals when appropriate

6. Certification Programs

Our certification programs (SWISS, CREW, ELEVATE) are subject to specific program agreements, assessment criteria, and renewal requirements. Certification status is contingent upon meeting and maintaining all program standards. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend certification if program requirements are not met.

7. Payment Terms

Certain services require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable service agreement or on our website. Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors.
