Essential Qualifications

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field

Minimum 2 years clinical practice experience

Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (minimum)

Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications

PhD or M.Phil in Clinical Psychology

Active RCI registration (preferred) or equivalent professional certification

Experience with teletherapy/online counseling

Specialization in specific areas (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.)

Multi-language proficiency (regional Indian languages)

Experience with school/corporate wellness programs

Supervision or training experience
