Dr. Susmita Halder
Dean, St. Xaviers University, Kolkata, India.
Dr. Susmita Halder is an accomplished academician, researcher, and clinician, currently serving as Professor of Psychology and Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Studies at St. Xavier's University, Kolkata. She is also the Secretary of the Asian Cognitive BehavioralTherapy (CBT) Association.
With over two decades of experience in teaching, clinical practice, and research, Dr. Halderhas made notable contributions to clinical psychology—especially in CBT, cognitive training, aging, and suicide prevention. She formerly led the Department of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kolkata, and has collaborated with institutions like Manipal College of Medical Science, Fortis Hospital, Medica Super Specialty Hospital, and Amity University.
Dr. Halder has also worked as a Research Psychologist with The Cognition Group, contributing to the development of the Cogtest Neuropsychological Battery, and partnered with the Pearson Group.
A prolific scholar, she has authored multiple books on mental health and published over 130 research papers in national and international journals. As a sought-after speaker at global forums, she remains a leading voice in advancing psychological science and promoting mental health across disciplines.

Stephen Walsiwak

Stephen Walswick is an accomplished Catholic educator and school leader with a deep passion for fostering academic excellence, technological advancement, and holistic student development. After earning a double major in English Literature and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, Mr. Walswick began his professional journey at Servite High School, where he served as a faculty member and assistant water polo coach.
In addition to teaching, Mr. Walswick spearheaded advancements in educational technology as the Director of Educational Technology, modernizing the library, integrating e-textbooks and online resources, and enhancing student information and learning management systems. He later transitioned into the role of Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Technology, where he collaborated with teachers to refine instructional practices and develop new course electives tailored to students’ evolving needs.
Mr. Walswick’s dedication to Catholic education is underscored by his academic achievements. He earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Chapman University and a Master of Arts in Catholic School Administration from Loyola Marymount University, where he was recognized as the Graduate Student of the Year for the School of Education and received the Most Outstanding Graduate Award for Catholic School Administration.
In his pursuit to expand his leadership capacity, Mr. Walswick served as Principal of Central Catholic High School in San Antonio, Texas, for three years, bringing his vision for excellence in academics, faith formation, and community engagement to a broader stage.
