Our Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our training programs. If you are not satisfied with My Safe Spaces services, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund (100%):

Requested within 14 days of initial enrollment

Completed less than 10% of course content

No certification assessments attempted
Partial Refund (50%):

Requested within 30 days of enrollment

Completed between 10-25% of course content

No certification earned
No Refund:

After 30 days from enrollment

More than 25% of content completed

Certification already earned or issued

Subscription services used beyond the first billing cycle
Excluded Services
The following are non-refundable:

Individual supervision sessions already completed

Downloaded materials and resources

Access to AI tools (IntelliCare-PRO, Journi-PRO) after active use

Continuing education credits already issued

Third-party certification or examination fees
How to Request a Refund

Allow 5-7 business days for review
Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations / Technical Issues
You may cancel your enrollment at any time. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and usage as outlined above.
For subscription services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges.
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent access to our services and we cannot resolve them within 5 business days, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard conditions.
