1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by My Safe Spaces, a service of NxtGen Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy.
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality mental health counseling and support services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to request a refund, and we have established this Policy to address such situations fairly and transparently.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
2.1 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period unless otherwise specified in this Policy
2.2 Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
3.1 Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or using our services and our technical support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund for the affected period.
3.2 Service Availability
If our services are unavailable for a significant period (24 hours or more) due to system-wide outages or maintenance, and we are unable to reschedule your session(s), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period or service credits for future use.
3.3 Counselor No-Shows
If a scheduled counseling session does not occur because the counselor fails to attend and we are unable to reschedule the session within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours), you may be eligible for a refund for that specific session or service credits for future use.
3.4 New User Satisfaction Guarantee
For new users only, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason during this initial 7-day period, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
4.1 Completed Sessions
Payment for counseling sessions that have been completed is non-refundable, regardless of your level of satisfaction with the session.
4.2 No-Shows and Late Cancellations by Users
If you fail to attend a scheduled session or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (unless due to a verified emergency), the session fee is non-refundable, and the session will be counted as used.
4.3 Digital Content and Resources
Purchases of digital content, including but not limited to downloadable resources, workbooks, or recorded webinars, are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
4.4 Administrative Fees
Any administrative fees, setup fees, or assessment fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
5. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless technically impossible or otherwise agreed upon. Please note that processing times for refunds vary depending on your payment provider:

6. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
6.1 Medical Emergencies

6.2 Service Termination by Us
If we terminate your access to our services for violations of our Terms and Conditions:

6.3 Counselor Changes
If your assigned counselor becomes unavailable and we cannot find a suitable replacement that meets your specific needs (e.g., specialization, experience) within 7 days, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
7. PROMOTIONAL CREDITS AND DISCOUNTS
7.1 Free Trials
If you cancel during a free trial period, no refund will be issued as no payment has been processed.
7.2 Promotional Credits
Promotional credits, discount codes, or gift certificates have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds. Unused promotional credits may expire according to the terms specified at the time they were issued.
7.3 Referral Credits
Credits earned through our referral program cannot be converted to cash and are not refundable.
8. DISPUTES AND EXCEPTIONS
8.1 Dispute Resolution
